Why Young Men Feel Lost
A generation raised without structure
A lot of young men today are not lazy.
They are mentally scattered.
There is a difference.
Most young men wake up and immediately grab their phone.
Before their day even starts, their brain is already flooded with noise:
People showing off money.
People pretending to be successful.
People selling lifestyles.
People selling motivation.
People selling shortcuts.
After a while, your mind starts living in reaction mode instead of direction.
You stop thinking clearly because your attention is constantly being pulled somewhere else.
The problem is that many young men never developed structure in the first place.
Especially if they grew up in chaotic environments.
No routine.
No discipline.
No emotional control.
No consistency.
When instability becomes normal during childhood, many people carry that instability into adulthood without realizing it.
That is why so many young men feel lost right now.
Not because they are weak.
Not because they are doomed.
But because mentally they never built solid ground to stand on.
Social media makes this even worse.
Now every young man thinks he is supposed to become rich by 23, famous by 25, and perfect by 30.
That is not real life.
Most people are not going to become celebrities or millionaires overnight.
But most people can become dependable.
They can become skilled.
Employable.
Respected.
Calm under pressure.
Useful to the people around them.
And honestly, that kind of life is far more stable than chasing internet fantasies all day.
The solution is usually not dramatic.
Sleep consistently.
Clean your environment.
Exercise regularly.
Stay off your phone more.
Learn useful skills.
Keep your word.
Control your emotions better.
Build routines that make your life more stable.
Small habits seem boring online.
But boring habits are usually what build stable lives.
And over time, structure creates confidence.
Not because life becomes perfect.
But because your mind finally has direction again.

Thank you for this keen insight that is sorely needed to help our young folk reach their true potential. Mentors matter.
